Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We deliver within Greeck.

Shipping method and delivery time:

Due to the nature of the goods, shipping can only be done by land transport.

After your order has been placed, the goods are expected to be dispatched from our warehouse within two working days.

After delivery, the delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your location. Please note that our warehouse does not ship during weekends or holidays. Orders placed on the weekend or Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Athens, Greece.

Shipping costs:

Free shipping for orders over 500 Euro

For physical orders under 500 Euro, a shipping fee of 25 Euro will be added.

For digital services or service products, there are no shipping costs.

Processing time:
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders).

Cancellation of an order:
Customers can only request a cancellation if we are unable to ship the order within 7 business days.
If your order has not been shipped, you can also cancel it.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, a 10% return fee will be charged.

Shipment tracking: After your order has been shipped,
you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. Once your order has been processed and left our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information to your email address.

Delivery time:
The delivery time depends on your location. You can check the estimated delivery time on the shipping company's website using the tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours after placing the order for tracking information to be available in the system.

WARRANTY

PROSCOOTER brand products.

All PROSCOOTER brand products come with the "gold guarantee" which concerns the proper functioning of all materials and components of the product.

That is, by providing real, free after-sales service.

The "gold warranty" does not cover a product that has been damaged due to the fault of its user (e.g. rider fall, etc.).

However, even in the case of a product that has suffered damage or damage due to the fault of its user, PROSCOOTER "gold warranty" covers it for the first month of its life as long as the following apply:

1. The date of purchase of the product (based on its sales receipt/invoice) does not exceed one month.

2. The wear/damage of the product is of a small and repairable extent and in a specific point/area of the product. Products that have suffered extensive and in many places wear/damage cannot be repaired.
